Dr. Perrin Yiu attended the University of Waterloo for his Honours Kinesiology program and then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is the Clinic Director and Chiropractor, ensuring everybody in the clinic is receiving the best possible care. Dr. Yiu specializes in functional chiropractic rehabilitation, sport-specific training, and contemporary acupuncture. With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, he understands the needs of his patients and keeps them accountable for their own health and wellness goals. Dr. Yiu is fluent in both English and Cantonese.

Dr. Perrin Yiu is also the winner of Best Chiropractor in North York in the North York Mirror Readers' Choice Awards in 2022 & 2023.

 With over 14 years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in clinic, corporate, and mobile massage settings, Rachel puts a focus on helping clients tune into their bodies to get them to  their optimal health. Whether you spend all your time at a computer or at the gym, her skills and knowledge can help you with chronic aches or  recover from injury. 

In addition, Rachel has extensive practice with pre- and post-natal massage, infant massage, TMJ dysfunction (jaw pain), and oncology massage. As a self-proclaimed nerd and a foodie, she is always happy for a book or restaurant suggestion. 

Gloria has a wide range of experiences that include treating post-surgical recovery, sports injury, headaches, low back pain, frozen shoulder, and pregnancy pain. Her style involves perfectly combining relaxation and therapy into each session so that every patient is feeling their best. 

Gloria is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Grace brings nearly two decades of hands-on massage experience and a deep commitment to therapeutic care. Now a Registered Massage Therapist, Grace blends her extensive background with formal training to provide thoughtful, results-driven treatments. She focuses on helping clients with pain relief, improved mobility, and overall relaxation through a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.

Fluent in English and Korean, she brings a calm, grounded presence to every session. In her spare time, Grace enjoys baking homemade bread, walking in nature, and exploring the local coffee scene.
